內部質量管理 （45%）：
？ Responsible for the quality problems in the production process, analyze and propose corrective action.
？ 負責生產(chǎn)過程中的質量問題的記錄，并進行分析判斷、提出糾正措施
？ Responsible for the arrangement of inspector daily work.

？ Make SOP, update and maintain SIP.

？ Inspect the measuring tools and **** scales regularly.
？ 定期檢驗現(xiàn)場量具、器具；
？ Check and verify SAP abnormal data.
？ SAP（退貨品）異常數(shù)據(jù)盤點驗證；

供應商管理（25%）：
？ Lead supplier quality management and regular supplier evaluation.
？ 主導供應商質量管理和定期評估；
？ Support Purchasing department with Supplier development.
？ 支持采購部門進行供應商開發(fā)工作；
？ Deal with quality issue of suppliers.
？ 供應商品質異常處理；
？ Support related companies to do the quality check of the parts purchased in China.
？ 協(xié)助兄弟公司在中國采購物品的質量檢測；

客戶關系處理 （20%）：
？ Deal with customer complains.
？ 處理客訴；
？ Accompany customer audit and customer inspection.
？ 陪同客戶審核、客戶驗貨；
？ Accompany sales to visit customers, deeply know the inspection standards of customer.
？ 陪同銷售部門拜訪客戶、了解客戶檢驗標準；

體系維護 (10%)：
？ Lead ISO 9001 quality system audit and third party audit.
？ 主導完成公司ISO9001質量體系的審核以及第三方審核。

- Experience with material science, if Urea, Ceramics or PP even better
- Experience with JC/T or DIN Standard a great bonus
- ISO****** experience preferred
