職責(zé)描述：
1. 負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃管理、編制及進(jìn)度控制工作。
Responsible for departmental production plan management, preperaration and schedule control.
2. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)項(xiàng)目三、四級(jí)計(jì)劃分解、編制對(duì)應(yīng)部門(mén)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；
Responsible for decomposing and preparing the production plan of corresponding departments according to the third and fourth level plan of the project;
3. 負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)生產(chǎn)需求，分解、編制項(xiàng)目周度、日度計(jì)劃并下發(fā)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)；
Responsible for decomposing and preparing weekly and daily project plans according to production requirements and issuing them to the site;
4. 負(fù)責(zé)更新和維護(hù)生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃；
Responsible for updating and maintaining the project plan;
5. 分析關(guān)鍵路徑和約束條件，以確定對(duì)進(jìn)度的影響并提出建議；
Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the impact of changes on schedule and make recommendations;
6. 負(fù)責(zé)部門(mén)和項(xiàng)目組或者部門(mén)與承包商的計(jì)劃相關(guān)協(xié)調(diào)工作；
Responsible for the coordination between the department and the project team or the department and the contractor's plan;
7. 負(fù)責(zé)分析項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展情況，包括但不限于落后原因，工效分析等；
Responsible for the analysis of project progress, including but not limited to the reasons for backwardness, ergonomic analysis, etc.
8. 完成上級(jí)交辦的臨時(shí)工作。

任職要求：
1. 大學(xué)本科
Bachelor
2. 石油化工相關(guān)領(lǐng)域
Petrochemical related fields
3. 石油化工，熟練使用P6和MS office, 了解設(shè)計(jì)相關(guān)知識(shí)
Petrochemical industry, proficient in P6 and MS office, familiar with design
4. 5年以上石油化工建造計(jì)劃管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 5 years petrochemical construction project management experience
