Description:1. Carry out the projects or new project development according to project strategy and business development and ensure that achievement of project goals about time, scope, quality, budget constraints;2. Coordination for improvement of resource efficiency;3. Identify and summarize middle and long term opportunities, potential risks analysis and possible recommendations for actions;4. Responsible for preparation and presentation of results and inter-disciplinary communication within the company;5. Collaborative and simultaneous engineering12. Build up WIN Team for project, and hold WIN Team meeting for information exchange, problem solving etc. to achieve the communication platform internally;13. Work closely with TEC, Production, RSC and HQ with the goal of economic order acquisition;14. Regular team meeting to share information and exchange about the drawbacks, questions of projects;15. Efficient coordination with available resources globally to finish the project within constraint conditions.Requirements:1. Bachelor or above degree in Mechanical Engineering2.
