RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Business Management Activities: Execute China IBP process, continuously improve IBP process and gain productivity by facilitating the engagement of senior management, improving end to end visibility, improving customer service and working capital as ending target; Ensure excellence customer service level and gain working capital productivity by the approach / activities of: Manage routine supply planning, including of MPS, RCCP, MRP, production sequence, product life cycle planning, upstream delivery, daily shop orders etc. Provide alternatives for supply issues; Coordinate resource among R&D, QA, market, SC to ensure on-time launch of new projects; Maintain inventory policy for all FG, materials, including of safety stock level, aging review, material slow moving and expiration review; Facilitate inventory flow efficiency of upstream, downstream and operation; Closely monitor supply status to mitigate air-freight and write off cost; Key Performance Indicators: OFR/LFR; Working capital of China legal entity (incl. Mkt and SC) New Project on-time LaunchPeople Management Activities: Team work with relationships and accountable directly for all kind of planning activities; Influencing, teamwork and coaching to efficiently achieve KPIs target; Motivate the personnel in professional development; REQUIREMENTS Educational Attainment Requirement Bachelor Technical know-how: Knowledge of demand and supply planning, including of S&OP process, demand forecast, MRP II, MPS; Knowledge of inventory management theory and practice; Knowledge of the company’s products and manufacturing processes; Knowledge of plant material flows through warehousing, quality control and the plant; Good English in both speaking and writing; Good computer skill in PC and MRPII operation
