Main Responsibilities (主要責(zé)任)
1) Review prototype with Product Development team under New product development stage and draft the Primary Concern subject to different country Safety / Reliability requirements.
在新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)階段,與產(chǎn)品開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)一起審查原型,并根據(jù)不同國(guó)家的安全/可靠性要求起草主要關(guān)注點(diǎn)。
2) Draft Product Specifications for customer upon request to determine all safety and reliability requirements.
根據(jù)客戶的要求草擬產(chǎn)品規(guī)格以確定所有安全性和可靠性要求。
3) Communicate with Merchandising Department and relevant department staff to solve QA problems found.
與相關(guān)部門人員溝通,解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量保證問題。
4) Assist QA/QC Manager in handling QA issues raised form various departments.
協(xié)助QA / QC經(jīng)理處理各部門提出的質(zhì)量保證問題。
5) Communicate with vendor and other suppliers to ensure they understand the relevant quality standards concerning products and quality system.
與供應(yīng)商和其他供應(yīng)商溝通,確保他們了解有關(guān)產(chǎn)品和質(zhì)量體系的相關(guān)質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6) Analyses customer returns to find out the reason for customer dissatisfaction. Take corrective action with parties concerned to improve or rectify any product problem.
分析客戶的回報(bào),找出客戶不滿的原因。 采取糾正措施,改善或糾正任何產(chǎn)品問題。
7) Carry out Production Pilot (PP) Run in the factories to ensure product meets the quality standards.
開展生產(chǎn)試驗(yàn)(PP)在工廠運(yùn)行,以確保產(chǎn)品符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
8) Follow-up any queries form customers regarding QA issues and go to factories to solve any QA problems.
跟進(jìn)客戶提出的關(guān)于質(zhì)量保證問題的任何疑問,并前往工廠解決任何質(zhì)量保證問題。
